When I first layed eyes on this beautiful bed online I said to myself “I must have it”!!! The whole process from beginning to end was Appreciated. Renzzi Furniture Staff has shown me nothing but First Class Customer Service even the delivery Guy was kind and very helpful. I wouldn’t know where to start on how to thank Rey and Lazara from the beginning until the end. They have had patience from all my questions and concerns Rey was very helpful with everything especially with me having to pick up my matress on a rainy day so helpful and friendly in every angle I am so looking forward to doing business with you guys again I would highly suggest getting your furniture from here and the quality of the furniture is outstanding thank you again Rey and Lazara!

From the moment I contacted Renzzi Furniture to purchase my “BEAUTIFUL” sectional the customer service was outstanding. My sectional look just as pictured as a matter of fact it looks better in person. Not only does it looks better it is very comfortable, well made, and suitable for my family and l. The two end seats are power recliners with various sitting options such as seat up or back, head rest can be elevated to suit your comfort level. It also has two USB ports, two cup holders, an a compartment which is perfect to store remote controls which in my case is very helpful since I’m always misplacing my remotes. Lol. Also after my purchase because I decided to pick up and put my sectional together I had a few questions about the set up that I was confused about. I texted my salesperson and she immediately responded and I was able to continue with the set up. I am over pleased and I will purchase again in the near future. Thanks

Great service I found them on offer up and went into the showroom. In and out within an hour with a finance plan that was great 0 interest the first 90 days. Love my bed.

Thank you so much. Quality is amazing I love how my bedroom set looks, their customer service is super fast and professional. Definitely recommend them, Ely was very helpful all throughout the purchase. I needed to reschedule my delivery 2 times and Ely rescheduled the delivery for me without an issue and without extra charge. Overall I really recommend this furniture store, they are moving to a new location in doral soon. Their name may not be so popular like rooms to go and all the other popular furniture stores, but I can assure you one thing they are just as good if not better.
