Jose was the most helpful person in our whole remodeling process. He has patience and so personable. The shop itself has a great assortment of handles and pulls. We found one on the site that was not in store and ordered it for us to see! Perfection!
We will be back to purchase our garbage pull out and our blind corner! Even if we can’t get the rolls Royce since they don’t make it in 15!

My wife was there this morning and was completely disregarded by the woman at the customer service counter; I wish we would’ve gotten her name to be able to mention her by name. She was very unprofessional and not helpful at all. She never left from behind the counter to assist my wife in finding what she was looking for and actually never asked what we were interested in. A couple of other examples of her lack of professionalism are: 1) my wife asked for dimensions of some models and the lady grabbed a measuring tape from a rack and handed it to her, for my wife to measure herself 2) She advised that 90% of the handles in the store are special order and not things that are in stock. When my wife asked for her to show her which handles were in stock, since we are in need of things fast, her response was “go on the internet”, once again never leaving from behind the counter. I understand that this store has tons of variety and based on prior reviews, everyone seems to be happy with them, but based on our interaction with this one employee, I will not be returning and giving my business to them. I can’t say I’ve ever dealt with this lack of professionalism in all of my years of being a general consumer.

Friendly staff, they have great selection of knobs and handles at a reasonable price -and some very fancy ones. Nice display boards. They can deliver to you if they don’t have them in stock.
