I have been trying to contact the office for over a week and just can’t. I have been calling 3 times a day, all at different times, and there is absolutely no response. What a disappointment.

My father in Law is a patient of this Dr. My father in law was advised by the Dr. office they would call for a transport to go pick him up from the office. Transport was never called. (I confirmed with the transport company which advised Dr. office never contacted them for a pickup) The only call was from rescue to me indicating they had picked up my father in law from the side walk in front of Dr.s office dehydrated and where transporting him to the hospital. I can’t phantom a Dr. office being so careless with their patient especially when we are talking about an elderly person with dementia and diabetes. I will never allow my father in law to go there again. To conclude I have been trying to get a hold of someone at this dr office for over an hour with no answer or answering service.

Called for an appt and the first lady i spoke was extremely rude asking what my diagnosis was because that’s the only way I could get an appt but if i had a diagnosis I wouldn’t need an appt. I explained to her why I wanted to go and what I needed to get checked out and also informed her her that my PCP referred me to them and she still would not confirm an appt for me instead transferring me to speak to the medical assistant who was even more unprofessional and rude to me. My review has nothing to do with the doctor as I didn’t even get that far, but rather with the horrible staff at his office.

I have been going to this Doctor for almost a decade. When I got diagnosed with Grave’s Disease I didn’t think I would overcome it. Dr. Rivera put me on a medical plan, within the year I got my thyroid under control. Currently pregnant, he is constantly making sure my thyroid is monitored to avoid complications with the baby and myself.

Thank you for everything you have done for me.

And on an extra note, he has taken care of my Grandparents and my Father for years with their diabetes. No complaints from them!
