Just want to say thanks to R Tyler for the great service when returning a pair of shoes

Excellent customer service!!! Went there after waisting our time at the Converse store, a couple of doors down, I left a review for that. Enough negatively, only positive things for this store. Orbein helped us out and was very friendly and helpful. He was joking with us and made our shopping experience enjoyable, especially during the holiday rush season. I live in Hialeah, but I would not hesitate to drive to dolphin mall just for the great service. I will definitely be back to use the coupon that is valid on 12/28.
