Rooms To Go Furniture Store

I purchased a sofa recliner yesterday, Memorial Weekend sale. The vendor without asking, charged me for the 3-year warranty on the sofa. While looking at the furniture she lead me to believe all the time this was included. When I was at the door leaving the premises I told her why she had done that. She never offered to re-issue the order. But when I got home, then I realized that I had also purchased two arm chair recliners (sold by another salesman, don’t ask me why the first one couldn’t sell me all the items together), and this one ALSO included and charged me warranty for three years! This is not fair and it is an insult to the customer. Evidently, Rooms to Go is training their salesmen to charge for warranties without asking the customers.

James is awesome! He offered me the best options. Excellent service! He said he was going to try his best to get me the mattress sooner than the original delivery date, and he did. I went back to the store another day and even though he was busy and I had a lot of pending things to do, I waited on him. I’m very satisfied with his service.

Jose was trustworthy. I really felt he had my best interest at heart. I went in for a room set and left with a mattress, but boy was I happy. That mattress was exactly what I needed and he was just amazing.

He made a difficult search for a comfy recliner for an 89 yo mom with a hip fracture such a breeze. He knew the merchandise so well that he took me straight to the chair my mom would absolutely love. Of course I tried everything else but he was right!!!
