Loved this Ross came a couple nights ago for the first time, surprised to see that at around 8-9pm the store looked very organized. Girl by the name Diana was very nice and attentive with me and my wife really appreciated all her help also the fitting rooms were very clean I am very pleased will be coming here more often. The Rosses in dolphin mall are ridiculously messy beware thank god I have this one nearby!

HORRIBLE! They had only 2 registers open. The lines were long. The doors on the Dressing Rooms don’t lock unless you push in with your knee or your body. Although this is a new store, it’s very messy. VERY BAD! On my picture you can see the only 2 registers that were open.

I always love to shop in Ross, but is becoming impossible. How dare a store place an associate, at the cashier or other position that has to deal with people, that only speaks Spanish!!!!. Look I came to this Country 38 years ago, and at that time you only get a front line job if you speak and understand a minimum of English. South Florida isn’t only Spanish immigrants, we are from all over the Globe, and some DON’T SPEAK SPANISH. Front line employees should be bilingual .
