Rotelli Pizza & Pasta

I wouldn’t even give this place a star (given only by default). I can’t speak for their food as I didn’t get a chance to place my order. The service was absolutely horrible. After being seated, we sat at the table for 15 minutes (no exaggeration) and waited for the waitress to greet us and take our drink order. The staff walked by and did not acknowledge that we had not been helped. The restaurant wasn’t busy at the time and did not appear to be understaffed. The staff was quite oblivious. We then had to flag down a waitress and explained to her we have been waiting for 15 minutes since seated without anyone coming over. She did not apologize and instead just said ok. She said she didn’t know who the waitress was and only after we said we were going to leave, she offered to take the order, but didn’t seem like she cared much. On our way out, I saw our original waitress and explained to her that we were leaving. She did not seem to understand or care and never bothered to apologize. I am surprised how someone this place runs with such a lack of customer service. I see I am not the only one who encountered this. I do not recommended going to this place. So many other better options around!

Very good choice to end shopping at Dolphin Mall. The pizza is very good, thin crust, very crispy and tasty. Service is good and fast.

Very nice place to eat a pizza with the family. Is located at the most happy ambience in the Dolphin Mall, if you seat outside -like we did- you can listen to the live music that the mall has on Friday nights. The attention is very good, friendly and fast. The food is also very good, we ordered a Shrimp Bruschetta and then pizza Prosciutto and arugula, everything was delicious. The prices are ok. I recommend this place, and we’ll go back again.

Treated the pizza samplers and loved them.
Unfortunately i’m on a diet and can’t eat flour.

My GF ordered lasagna, was good.
I ordered picanha and was good too, the sauteed veggies were too hard and lacked of flavor.
It called my attention that they served the picanha sliced, never seen it served like this before.

Overall it was good, I should return but it’s kind of pricey for the size and quality of the food.

The coke and the Sprite didn’t taste usual, they may need to adjust the soda machine.
