I started having low back pain at around the age of 32. I went to Neurologists, Orthopedics. I also went to a prestigious chiropractic in Miami (don’t wanna mention his name) and they couldn’t help me. I think it has to do with a lack of general knowledge of how back pain develops and with the fact that every case is different. These guys assessed my particular issue and determined my problem was not related to the spine discs but rather pinched nerves at the back of the spine. I have gotten so much better with the exercise plan that these guys set for me I couldn’t be happier. My recommendation to you if you are in a similar situation is to find professionals who attack the root of your problem, (not just take pills for the pain) and if you don’t see progress get a second opinion somewhere else. That’s what I did and it worked for me.
