Amazing customer service, the staff is so professional and friendly. They have awesome products, my wife’s surprise birthday party was a total success, I rented a tent, tables chairs and all their china and glassware. They delivered everything on time and with the best attitude!

THESE PEOPLE are the best of the best! I have had to call them the last 6 weeks asking them for chairs on the fly! and some how they figure it out and find time for me! I always feel super guilty, because I know its kind of a mission, but they’re always super glad to deliver, and always do so with excellence and smiles!

Rumbas was the vendor for my wedding reception. Maria, the girl at the place quoted us for everything and we agreed to the prices. When the wedding day came, the items that arrived were not what we paid for. The crew that was sent out, does not speak English and they were not understanding what we were saying. One of them, just calls someone and hands me the phone. I spoke with the Manager, and he was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. We had missing table cloths, they brought too many lights, that weren’t needed, the chairs looked like they were a million years old, and the chair cushions were torn. The worst part is that since we had paid him in advance, we had to try to go through our credit card to dispute the difference for the extra lights we were quoted for. They are supposed to be the professionals, so we trusted Maria’s quote. They actually lied to the credit card company, and said that we never told them of all the issues on the wedding day. I wouldn’t even recommend this company to my worst enemy. They made my wedding day more stressful than it should have been!
