RZone Fitness Doral

Best Gym experience I have had in a long time. The equipment is brand new, the staff is friendly, the classes are always fun and leave you sweaty. Overall, great experience and I can’t wait to go back. 10/10 would most def recommend.

I really enjoyed the intensity of my workout and the consistency of the instructor. I’ve been to several classes and I will never go to another gym. Everyone is so polite and professional. I feel very comfortable at Rzone Doral being that it’s an all girl gym. I recommend this gym for any lady! I love RZone Doral!!!

This gym I think is one of the best. The instructors have motivated me to start going to the gym more. while attending the classes the instructors make sure that I am okay and that I never give up. I’ve personally experienced myself becoming healthier and happier with the environment at Rzone. One big thing that stopped me from going to the gym is feeling embarrassed and at this gym that is the last thing I feel at Rzone, everyone is super welcoming, helpful, nice, and caring. Best this about this place is that you workout with only women in the classes and for myself that was a big thumbs up. The gym is very clean and it is a pretty big gym I recommend that if you’re a women and need a great place to get in shape this is the place for you.

I have been going to Rzone for more than a year. I initially joined the Coral Gables location because it was closer to work. I now changed and am going to the Doral location because it’s more convenient. It is brand new with amazing facilities.

I want to give a shout out to Irving, who is an extraordinary coach! Very upbeat and motivational, he’s always got such positive energy!

Women out there: if you haven’t tried out this workout, it’s a very nice way to compete with yourself and be a better version of yourself!

Working out at RZone is like no other gym experience I’ve ever had. Finally there is a gym where women can come and get an amazing workout designed for women only regardless if it’s their first workout of if they have been training for years. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The facility itself is immaculate. The training room is fully equipped with top of the line machines, weights and plenty of other fitness tools all designed to help you get a great workout. Then there are the trainers! Experienced fitness coaches are there to guide you every step of the way. They teach you the correct way to perform the exercises in the proper form. Not only does this help you get the best result it also prevents injury. Rzone also provides nutritional guidance and in body testing to help you meet your fitness goals. All of this is included in your membership. I am thrilled to be a member of RZone and look forward to every workout. I’m addicted!
