I really don’t know where to begin a little tongue tied I guess you could say. Sandy the closing agent seemed to have little concern for me from the beginning to end. Call to speak to her not available shes out to lunch. Call the next day out of the office only reachable by email and the response is hours or next day. When I went for the closing I complained to the receptionist about her not returning my calls. She said she would send someone out to speak with me but that never happened. When I asked Sandy why she never answered the phone and why she never called me on the day of the closing like she promised. She said she did, yet I had my phone on me and it never rang. She lied to me telling me that she had. I later checked my call logs and there was no call from her.Took me an additional 15 days to close. Mean while my house is half packed and my life is in disorder and have a deposit on another home but can’t buy until I released the loan. It should not matter wether your selling a home for 50k or a million the attention from the agent should be the same! Terrible experience with Sandy..she is a liability not an asset to this company.

As the seller my Closing went smoothly. However, a month later when I asked to receive my remaining funds held in Escrow, my request was ignored. Emails and phone calls to the S&V closing agent were not returned or replied to. I had to keep following up, complaining and get Attorney Vadillo personally involved before my refund was finally issued.
