Sano Food

I went here for breakfast.
I ordered this arepa and an omelette.
The omelette what not good, I could have made a better one at home.
to be fair, the arepa was good and healthy.

I ordered a juice and it was made purely from concentrate and it was super sugary. I told the server that I didn’t like it, and I didn’t really get a good customer service.

The whole idea of healthy food is good, but customer service is essential in any restaurant. There’s too much competition to take for granted the time and money spent at a restaurant. Unfortunately, this experience left me not wanting to come back. The customer service is not good and I didn’t feel welcome. Plus, it is a bit pricy for what the food is.

Today I had the pleasure to visit Sano Food for the first time. We were greeted immediately with a friendly smile. My first impression was that the place was impeccable. Lorena served us and took the time to answer every question we had about the menu. I am very particular about my food and she was kind, patient and polite, she even went as far as asking the chef for permission to let us into the kitchen to see how they make their magic. It was an amazing experience! As a coffee lover, I can honestly say the coffee with coconut milk is now my favorite coffee in the world. The coconut milk is handmade at the store and it is so delicious, you don’t even have to sweeten it with anything. I also tried the whole wheat tequenos that are incredible and full of cheese. My main course was the arepa Made of sweet plantains with the chicken salad as topping, you can taste how fresh everything is. I loved that they have a great selection of healthy snacks such as cakes and smoothies, and a huge menu for lunch which I’m definitely coming back to try! I want to thank all the staff from Sano Food for such an amazing first experience in your restaurant specially Lorena and I want to say I’m so happy to see great people who are passionate about the quality of their food and making all their customers happy and feel just at home! I will be back always!
