I went for the first time last week and it was great! The staff and other patrons were all so kind and inviting. I am severely out of shape but still felt comfortable and welcomed in this space. I am very excited to continue taking classes here & achieving my personal goals! ☺️

Price is a unbeatable; very clean facility, very friendly staff but the most important thing that’s missing is diversity. I really wish they could play hip-hop or more modern music and perhaps attract a more diverse crowd. If they did that, this place would be flawless!

Fantastic place for spinning! The instructors are wonderful and the workouts on Q! I just started and I love it! I highly recommend this place, inexpensive, no contracts and you show up for the class that suits you. Available times are accommodating! 👍👍👍

Super nice!!! Clean and well organized. Customer service is better than a 5 🌟 resort.
For $5 a 90 min class, new equipment, clean towels that smell nice, free coffee, and a gym.
