Terrible service. Don’t waste your time. You’re better off finding the nearest ulta. They see that you need help and don’t even offer it and then act like they didn’t hear you ask for help

The older gentlemen that works here asked me if I needed help while I was testing out a product. He caught me off guard, so I just looked at him briefly and said no thanks. He had the audacity to tell me in Spanish “don’t bite me” super rude. As an employee, you need to learn how to keep your mouth from saying such stupidities to a customer. I was actually going to buy the product but chose not to because I refused to give my money to a store that has such rude customer service.

Worse experience ever. No one spoke English no surprise. Workers are rude and just all around terrible. Don’t waste your time here

No one speaks English. No one seems to genuinely want to help you. I asked three different people to help me and everyone seem to be to busy. The one girl that did help me used a dirty brush on my face
