Excellent service and food. Exceeded my expectations.
The only down side and only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because I found it sometimes too salty. I provided my feedback today and was advised that it will be taken care of. I do hope so since I really like everything else.

The food is absolutely delicious and really varied. We are very pleased with the service as well.

Good food but awful customer service. Today after waiting for my delivery until 3 pm I decided to call them and that’s how I found out that I will not have service until Thursday!!! Come on, Miami did not have any problems because of the huracan, everybody is back to work and I not receiving my meals until Thursday!!! Plus there was no communication advising of it!! Really bad bad customer service.

This company has more than 30 years in the market, apparently thanks to that they do not mind losing a customer, I must say that their food is very good but their customer service is disastrous, in my case I paid for a plan, the first week all right, the second week on Monday they only sent me half of what I ordered, when I call to rectify they tell me that until Wednesday I will not receive everything I ordered (It means the client must wait 2 days for them to solve their same error) on Tuesday they didn’t sent me absolutely nothing, I call again to know what happened, they leave me 20m on the line trying to locate my driver but was garbage, I really do not know how they could last so long with such bad service, very disappointed!
