I hate to give one star bc, the products are good. However, the customer service is shameful. If they could just treat people the way they want to be treated. Maybe they should do a group trip to chickfila. That company does an excellent job showing the employees how to treat customers.
I have never gotten a thank you, when they run out of product, no wait list no response to emails, no structure. I never have a good feeling after speaking with them I always feel like they didn’t really want my money. It’s disappointing.

Excellent spot for professional products

Customer service is lacking. Just see previous reviews. I’ve only dealt with them a couple of times and every time the order is delayed or the people don’t call you back or there’s an excuse how many times do people go home sick or have family issues. I’ve only called them about five or six times and four of the five times people left early. I don’t understand and the boss is aware that this is going on. His only answer is called back tomorrow. I don’t know how anyone could give them a five star. That has not been my Impressions with this company

Ordered gel online to try. Came within 2 days for the first order. Product worked fine. Tried to order again? Nothing. No processing, no comment poor notification. Have tried for weeks calling and emailong to see if there’s so issue with no response.. Don’t use this company.
