Extremely unprofessional business. Our visit was interrupted multiple times by people entering the room where our presentation was taking place. Multiple people entered with total disregard for our presentation even talking loudly to people outside of the room. One individual even entered to use the computer that the presentation was being shown on. At which point the individual in charge of the presentation told us to continue on our phones. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. It’s shocking how they’re still in business.

Offers resorts vacation. Be careful with your money. No todo lo que brilla es oro

It has been the worst experience, they are scammers and liars. They promise you a vacation plan and end up overselling the hotels. I had an unpleasant experience with one Maria Melendez, I do not know what kind of studies she will have but very bad and rude when I asked her for an explanation because they had charged me much more money from the agreed offer. They are scammers and deceive families who have an illusion of vacationing. I do not recommend this kind of agency to anyone and please do not fall for their promises. The talks that force you are never 90 minutes, but many hours which make you lose a full day to buy your properties. They are the worst, hopefully my experience will help them so that other families do not fall for their fraudulent offers.

Complete rip off no only for customers but for employees l spend a week there. You suppose to get a “base salary” and commission. They give you a training to do whatever to get the sale and you are independent contractor. However if you even get up to go the bathroom or talk to the person next to you because you have doubts and no one is available to help is like you are not in United States. People will bad attitude. They sell the dream of Disney and don’t even provide Disney tickets. People find too good to be true because it’s actually a way of selling them a time share.
