This people have no ethics, bad customer service, all they want is you to buy

Went to Spanish marble and from the get go was received by the owner Nino, I found mármol marfil at a great price and the installation was perfect. So detailed. I highly recommend Spanish mármol

Owner Nino is a classic magician in the tile industry.
Dont know how these people are in business???

Spend over $13,000 in spanish crema marfil.
Nino and his daughter Alexandra put up quite a sell for the merchandise. Stating it would be semi select and if i gave them several weeks, the lot would come from the same query making the order very consistent in color. Something we discussed in detail.

What i really received was a few pallets that were the same color tone and many others nowhere near the same.

Unfortunately i could not tell when we signed off on fhe order because when it came time to look at the merchandise in his warehouse Nino would not allow us to look through the pallets.

Nino had picked out the tiles whithout us in the room and then brought us in to show how “even the tone was”.

When the order reached my house for installation the truth came out.

Many unmatching tones and one pallet in particular had a vein so large that when we grabbed the stone tiles to install them they would break in half.

A whole pallet.!!!!!

I quickly called Nino and Alex and they refused to replace the merchandise.

We were livid!

These people are middle men.

Do not buy here.

If you do …. MAKE SURE you look through every single pallet or refuse to purchase.

Do yourself a favor and go to Floor and Decor.

They allowed us to pick the extra stone we needed piece by piece and even return any unused merchandise at the dame prices we paid here.

A very dissapoonting experience to say the least.
