I have to say, this guy gave me a positive vibe. I was looking for a chain for my pops. He had what I wanted and I also got a bracelet at a good price. You’ll see me again before I leave town. Thank you.

I took my SUUNTO Ambit2 to Speedy requesting to install a new paracord watchband. It’s a job I would have tackled myself were it not for the fact that all four screws were stripped and I could not remove them.

They inspected the watch and told me upfront that they were not sure if the work could be completed. But a little patience and about 20 minutes of diligent work later I had my watch up and running.

To top it off I was charged a very reasonable price of $21.

horrible experience! The jeweler lost one of the pieces of the watch, wouldn’t acknowledge the loss afterward… with a bad attitude to add!

I am not making a claim that is based on the quality of the watch, my claim was with the piece. I KNOW that the watch was damaged and that the only piece missing was the upper latch part. No time crowns were lost on my behalf.

There is no space in customers service to laugh at us, who are merely seeking repair. This is my review I stand by it do no go to this crook,who has no respect for their clients in resolving issues. Never leave your clock unattended with these thieves!!

(By the way… Do you have any issues with Chinese people or any regard in itself ? )

Easy to find, right by sears. Great customer service and no wait time (English and Spanish). Reasonably priced. Not only did I get my battery replaced in under a minute, but it comes with a one year warranty!

The Indian guy working in the store told me that he cold change the band for $30, then income back from the bathroom and he has destroyed the metal trim on the band, the pin mechanism is also destroyed and the bands are not even the same. He wouldn’t apologize, he wouldn’t see that he destroyed the trim on the watch. In a nutshell the guy doesn’t know what he was doing and was after a quick buck. I recommend avoiding this guy at all cost, I could have gotten. The original tuber for $40 but I don’t have the tools to fit the band. Now I would need to buy a full new casing for around $90 and see who would install it…
