Awful customer service. I walked in and the lady who “assisted” me was in a big hurry apparently. Every question I made, seemed to bother her. Prices were competitive compared to most tile places.
I walked out of there as soon as I could.
As a company, they need to work on customer service skills. Welcome to Miami!

Thanks to Lyssette Haydar I now have a beautiful stone and marble backyard waterfall that I enjoy so much. She is extremely helpful, has great knowledge of how to combine the different stones, fantastic for making it easy to place special orders. I’m looking forward to doing my French pattern marble floors like she recommended 😍

Not only I have found quality material for a good price but the service that Miguel provides is the best. It is not easy to match old material or get a particular look but time and time again Miguel takes care of all my clients needs.

Very fancy lobby. Fancy process and terrible service. The lady who came out was almost offended when I ask her for slabs that looks like concrete or solid materials. I am building a new house and am looking for pool finishing materials. I understand you do not carry that type of product but not need to make a customer feel totally out of place because you have misleading signs and/or I passed at reps lunch time.
Poor service at is best!
