Disrespectful and super rude, every time I visit there is another issue with them. They will always throw the blame somewhere else.

One of the most disrespectful unprofessional agencies I’ve ever tried to work with. Not only is the man in the office extremely rude and only yells, but also he doesn’t understand or speak English if I weren’t bilingual it would be impossible.We will be reporting this agency to Florida Dept of Real Estate/ Management. I feel bad for any tenant that has to deal with them and for anyone who has property under their management because of this is how they treat another professional management company I can imagine the lack of integrity with their dealings

Worst company.
Do not trust Carmenate. He is not licensed. Will push his vendors on you and do jobs without permits.

Bad management /worse costumer service/they don’t care the home owners /will give zero to this irrespecutful company/they don’t answer emails calls can believe they get pay for doing nothing .
