The Service is Excellent. They have been able to assist me directly when certain services could not be done inside the branch, and notify me the following day if my request required special response from HQ. or other branch.

When the other suntrusts in the area did not answer their phone or never called me back. I understand people are busy but Roxana here helped me out right away. And was ready for me when I got there. Thank you for good customer service 🙌🏼

I can’t believe this. I just left the most miserable branch in the country to seek help at this branch only to occur the same issues. No staff! No help whatsoever! Lie to my face saying they don’t close accounts at this branch. Said they don’t take walk ins until the afternoon? Seriously! Neither branch in Doral is helpful. They don’t care about customers at all! Pathetic liars who need training in a very bad way. How can you be in a busy district and have incompetents working at both locations. This is beyond frustrating it’s just sad.

Extremely disappointed with hours and customer service. Both account rep and manager were unknowledgeable and unhelpful, but most of all rude. I called Suntrust and they helped, but still and unforgettably distasteful and frustrating experience. Its really too bad I can’t give half stars…
