This bank charges $7 to the customers to cash their checks. Nice way to steal money in your face. Never come here to cash a check. It’s a total rip off with no mercy.

Untrained, unprofessional. Lacking basic knowledge on bank procedure. I would fire every single person at this re interviewed them and if they get the job make them go through the training twice……

This is the worst branch I’ve ever been too. One person available to help. Who’s slower than you know what. Then manager plays favorites and walks his dumb ass out of the office and skips people waiting. Then gives customers attitudes because they have grown frustrated. The women behind the window are lazy and useless. For a branch to be in Doral and so large yet so uselsss is unheard of. We had an appointment to open a new business account here but that won’t be happening at all. In fact we are closing the three personal accounts we have because of the disrespect and stupidity here. I am not a hateful person but I would fire every one of these people.

Very good personal attention they are updated with tech.

The institution in general is a joke. These guys bounce work around from the customer service line to the branch. This particular branch is OK but i would highly recommend doing business with another institution as bank fees are the meal of the day here
