I had an unexpected termite issue and was referred to Super Pest by a realtor I trust a lot. They are in Dade and I live in Broward. Monica was beyond helpful from day 1, I shared pics , she shared expertise and went above and beyond. I never felt pressured. In fact she suggested I got an inspection from a Broward company to try to avoid the tenting (if it was the case ) and save money. They completed the tenting I needed as fast as possible, moved up my appointment when someone else canceled as I requested . I never had to make a single phone call to follow up, their team called me prior to each visit timely and showed up exactly as planned. The icing on the cake: it was very reasonably priced comparing to other similar houses I know had the same issue, over 30% cheaper. I highly recommend them.

This Company is the best! I am a Property Manager and I was able to determine if there were in fact bed bugs to be treated for. I am forever grateful and will call again if needed. I was able to speak with someone promptly and an appointment was scheduled as quickly as possible. I felt cared for and appreciated as a customer.

We tented the house and there are still insects and termites alive.  BUYER BEWARE! We were told this is normal and that not all insects are supposed to die.  Also there was two sides to my house because there were additions made to the house and the owner said that only going through one attic space is sufficient when we got a quote from someone else they said it wasn’t.
