Amazing service they’re in front of Papaya always helping the customer with a big smile, and BTW nice music!

I had the pleasure to stop in at the store inside Dolphin Mall and a young gentleman by the name Daniel Machin helped me out. He was knowledgeable, attentive, helpful, patient and willing to help me in anyway he could. He truly took the time to make me feel he was there to help me no matter what the issue was. I felt bad because I wasnt there to buy a phone but to actually get help on a technical issue. I know this kid did not get any commission on this and he still went out of his way. Let’s just say T-Mobile you have won my loyalty. Keep hiring people like this and there’s no way you can ever fail.

Highly recommended store at dolphin mall. First entrance to the left. They’re friendly, helpful and offer a great service!

Bad organization. I had to wait around 30 minutes to be attend for a representative. People who leave the shop and return were attend before me and the representative said that they we here before me but they leave. I didn’t leave the shop because if I leave I will loose my turn, so in this shop they don’t care about who were first.
