The food is excellent but they charge high for there sandwiches and then ask for a tip on top of that. I think you should tip when you want to and not when they ask.

I just ate here for the very first time because I had a lot of friends telling me this place was awesome, it was a rainy so I ordered my food and they told me to wait in the car saying that they’ll bring me my food, I waited for 15 minutes and I saw people leaving with their food and I was still waiting, when I go to them y saw my food in a corner and they gave it to me and it was already really cold, after that I asked them to give me some cheese sauce to go and they just told me they didn’t have any cheese sauce to go, and I was literally looking at the whole cheese sauce bottle and a lot of little cups empty ready to be filled with sauce, so they just didn’t want to give the sauce, and they also had a lot of friends just messing around inside the food truck (I say friends of them because they didn’t have uniforms or masks so they were just there to mess around) and they weren’t even taking me serious when I was asking for sauce and napkins, one of the worst customer service experience ever.

The food is good, but the service is really bad. I understand is a food truck but they guys working there don’t make you feel welcomed.

Been here a couple of times, and it has become one of my favorite Venezuelan burger places in the South FL area, it is so authentic and so flavorful, prices are reasonable for the size of the burgers, I can only eat half of it every time I go, and save the other half for later.
