Extremely unprofessional, misleading, and disrespectful.

Confirmed my wedding appointment with Tati. I have the texts that her assistant sent me doing so.

Then I waited a MONTH so Tati could do my trial, because I told the assistant that was the only person I wanted to do my hair and makeup. She confirmed.

Four days before my trial, I was told that Tati was never doing my trial that I only waited so long for her to do, and she was never going to do my wedding. It was someone else.

Despite this, she never apologized for her lack of professionalism and mistakes. She told me I misunderstood.

FINALLY, as I asked to see their previous work on fair skinned clients (all of the online photos posted are of tan-skinned or bronze/contour makeup) so I could get an idea of what I wanted with the person I didn’t hire but was now being assigned to me, I was sent a message of her instagram profile saying “She has worked with Albinos” and still no photos of her work on fair skin. That in an of itself is why I’m writing this in addition to the above. Disrespectful, unprofessional, rude.

Not only that, Tati charges $150 more than the most expensive alternative options and there’s no difference, except more bronzer and glitter without variation. I contacted her because I was highly recommended.

What a disappointment .

Very unprofessional. I tried booking many times and they ask for deposits and then pretend you never booked and cancel
On you. It’s all about money and they never actually confirm your appointment.
