The Islands at Doral Clubhouse

DO NOT MAKE YOUR EVENT HERE.!

Since I am from Canada, most of my communication with this organization was via telephone.
– I was explained that in order to extend the duration of the event, I could ask the front desk the day of the event for an extra hour to be deducted from the $900 deposit. This was not true. I tried negotiating with the front desk people but very impolitely they refused despite the fact what we had discussed and went over this situation a number of time over the phone. My event was then shutdown by security and in the process the security guy pushed the bride and yelled to my guests bringing the event to a very uncomfortable and abrupt ending.
– Furthermore, after waiting the contractual time to get my deposit back. They have now refused under the premises of having extended my event for 3 hours. Which is of course not true.
– I am now considering to take legal actions against this organization following the advise of my lawyer.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

To be completely HONEST, 3 or maybe 2 Stars because, How can be possible that a Gym opens that late? Maybe try or should consider those members who wants to go to the Gym early Morning, and not even on Weekends. For the rest, Great amenities, ohh 1 more thing, there are not a Barbecue area, or Grills around to share with your family and have a great time in there

Great clubhouse. Gym, party rooms, tiki huts all along the lake. Great views

So much fun and Very clean!!!

Family oriented, great location and nice amenities to its residents. Pool, kids pool, nice lake views,
Playground, tennis court, gym and more.
