Worst experience ever. No communication whatsoever. I had to call them several times. Using this company cost me more money than if I had simply paid the ticket and taken online traffic school.
They refused to refund my money although they did not represent me at all.My ticket would have been discharged if they simply had asked me what happened. STAY AWAY!!!! Use anyone else but them. Also the manager Lidis was completely not helpful.

Very expedited. Fast and reliable, I sent the ticket, they replied and said they were going to take care of it. They kept me in the loop with the updates and at the end they delivered on their word. Taken care of and nothing on my record for one very dumb ticket reason. Thank you!

Legal services are generic and acceptable. However, I highly recommend you visit a different Ticket Clinic branch. This one has inexperienced and rude staff. Front desk trainee cut my ticket with a scissors in the wrong part and now I’ve got my ticket all cut up for no reason. No apology and not willing to own up to their mistake. It will be worth it to drive to another office just a little farther for better treatment and more professionalism.
