Tool & Truck Rental Center at The Home Depot

They decided to close the store early to have a holiday party on a Sunday when they already close early on Sundays. They decide to close whenever they want, this is just ridiculous. They did not even leave one register open. Mind you we had to rent a truck to return a door we had to replace after the hurricane that did not fit. They still had no consideration. The worse customer service I have ever experienced. I plan on making a complaint to corporate to make sure this never happens again. Three or more people just standing at the door claiming to not know how to work a register to tell you they are closed early. This is just completely ridiculous!

Almost an hour waiting to just rent 2 fans, when to customer services and I ask to speak with the manager. He decline to talk to me.. in the end run one hour wasted.. 3 people before left unhappy include me. I don’t how hard for the employee to ask for help. It’s about team work n not let client leave unhappy. I really hate drama. But when employee don’t even try to help and act like you at making them a favor.
