I love coming to this office always so helpful and understanding, great prices, takes most insurances, will definitely recommend and maggie is the best at this i love her, wouldnt trust anyone else!

I’ve been coming to this dentist for 2 years, and it safe to say it’s one of the worst dentist offices in Hialeah. The fact that they overcharge for every procedure and include hidden fees for everything is an example of the low quality establishment itself. There’s always a lack of communication between the receptionist and lack of professionalism. The fact that I was already charged for something and they tried to tell me I had to pay is the reason why I’m never going back to this office. Oh, and this was after I spoke with the manager and she even told me the service was going to be free of charge. The doctor is great but the majority of coworkers always have a snobby attitude over the phone .

Truly one of the best dental offices I’ve visited. Workers are very friendly, attentive, and professional altogether. I received my cleaning by Maggie. She’s very knowledgeable and answers all of my questions and concerns. I’ve always hated dental work simply because of how boring they are, but without a doubt Maggie will have you smiling the second you walk in. I’ve never had a bad experience with Towncare Dental. Forever a loyal patient!

Excellent office, entire staff is very professional and friendly. Dr willing to inform and help patients, I had my annual dental check up and dental hygiene with Maggie. Office manager was very attentive. I highly recommend this dental office to everyone including family members *****

There’s never a time that I step into this office where I don’t feel welcomed and cared for. From the front desk, to the hygienist, the doctor and her assistants to even the wonderful lady who checks you out. A dentist visit isn’t always the funnest of experiences, so it helps to go to an office where you know they strive to make you feel comfortable.
