most un professional and un fair treatment from these guys , Please be aware of these guys and be aware they are currently charging me a fees without notifying me because they say its not their responsibility to do so and they are also putting a lien on my property because I hung up on an employee who was laughing at me when I was upset about the fees..

He is no fair for all his clients. He goes for only one side and not for all. He works for an association of 124 owners but the only represented people are 4. I don’t recommend this person to represent anybody.

I have known Mr. Triay for over 10 years. Having worked with him on many cases I have had the opportunity to see how hard he works for his clients. As a small Law Firm he is with his clients through every step of the process. He has a great office with a very convenient location in Doral. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a good Condo/Hoa or Real Estate Attorney for any closings and/or Condo Litigation.
