Great quality instruments and outstanding service. It’s wholesale not retail.

My shop attempted to business with this company and we tried calling multiple times only to get the same woman on the phone who refused to help us and was extremely rude. I have an accent from another country and was told she wouldn’t help me unless I spoke english. She obviously knew I WAS speaking english and it seemed like she just wanted to insult me for ay reason she could find. It was very weird. As I’m reading some of these other reviews all I can say is, this is the wrong company to buy instruments from. After reading horror stories of broken instruments being delivered with no refund, I’m glad we didn’t end up working them. Horrible customer service and apparently horrible business ethics.

Awful experience dealing with this company. Sold me broken instruments and when I called to get refunded or have them replaced the secretary played games with me telling me to wait on hold then eventually hanging up. When I called back she would pretend she didn’t remember me then refused to connect me to the sales associate that sold me the instruments. Now, I don’t know what to do or how to get a hold of them.

Been doing business with them for years. Called today and the woman who answered was EXTREMELY rude. I was told to talk to a specific sales associate and she laughed and thought my business was a big joke. She refused to connect me to the sales associate. Very confused.
