You get what you pay for, great quality tiles. I appreciate the honesty from Marco Suarez who instead of up-selling and pressuring me to purchase more than what I originally came in for, he offered me more economical options. He was great to work with from beginning to end.

I loved how even though the sales room was busy we immediately were greeted and even met the owner. It was obvious that everyone tried their best to take care of us without making anyone feel rushed. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get what I was looking for, but they were kind enough to point me in the right direction. Really incredible customer service. If I ever have needs in the area again, they will definitely be my first call.

I had great experiences with Tropical. It’s a family business run by a father and his son and I could really tell that they care about every customer. the sales people are always upbeat, welcoming and happy to answer all my questions. The owner and his son work closely with the sales people too so it’s almost like everyone there is family too
