A few years ago, we hired Rafael to install a Savant media system in our new house. It wasn’t a satisfactory experience. We gave him 3 months to complete the installation before we moved in so it would be complete and not interfere with the rest of the move in process. He barely got started and was still fooling around with the installation months later. He either didn’t show up or arrived late, usually while we were trying to eat dinner. He installed the wrong dinners that didn’t work with our LED lighting. The system was buggy and never performed properly. We always had snow on the $9,000 TV in our media room. The thermostats he installed were incompatible with the remote sensors we paid for so they were never installed. The list goes on and on. We ultimately gave up on him and hired someone else to finish the job. I would not recommend him.
