U-Haul Moving & Storage of Dolphin

This place is not at all what I have come to expect from a U-haul moving and storage store. It’s more like a neighborhood dealer. You go in, they have a few boxes and some tape but absolutely no trailer or towing supplies of any kind. What’s worse is you can’t get a hold of the stores directly anymore, they go to a call center so you can’t check stock to decide which center you want to go to. Overall, I won’t be choosing U-Haul anymore for my trailer supplies.

I bought some wardrobe boxes here, and that day the printer was broken to get a receipt, the guy that works there told me he’ll email me the receipt and never did. So now when I went back to return the boxes to get my money back they didn’t want to give me my money back. So at the end they kept my money when it was there fault i didn’t get a receipt. 🤷‍♂️ Not cool U-haul fix this issue when the printer aint working

Small store but lots of boxes, which is all I needed. They also have recycled boxes in the back… For free. The staff is very friendly and will help you out to the car.

Ok to start off mobile pick up is a total crock of you know what. This facility just does not have the ability to let you do mobile pick up.There is no parking for your vehicle, you must go inside for help. This is exactly what I wanted to avoid. Of course when you get inside there is 1 employee working for the whole store. I ask him why I can’t do mobile pick up and he tells me “I don’t know some times I guess”. That doesn’t make any sense to me, let me know if his response make sense to you …. also there is pretty much no way to get to this location without going through concrete dust, huge puddles, pot holes and gravel.. you will need a car wash after leaving here.
