Terrible customer service, they tell you one price at phone and after installation they charge more, I told the lady the price they gave me on phone and she got mad telling me, Richard, the sales person was wrong when gave me price by phone

They lie… installed dd not finish told me to come back they were missing part when I come back now its extra money.. horrible customer service

Some of the absolute best customer service I’ve ever received. Even if they were not able to solve my issue I still would have given him five stars for the customer service. But not only did they give great customer service they quickly solved my business problem with my trailer hitch lights. I will use this location going forward and will recommend it to all my business clients.

The manager is very good, cant stress that enough! But this place needs more structure. I can’t blame any particular person.. because everyone is working. But I guess they company needs to budget for more workers. The people that were here are trying their best. Thanks Bismark for your outstanding service.
