IRRESPONSIBLE!!!! That is the word to describe this place. This should allows you to give “0” stars.
I made 3 appointments ahead of time, and when I got there they just told me that it was a mistake and the appointments were not made and that they don’t have availability for us. Very unprofessional. They don’t even care.
If you aren’t a famous person they just don’t care.
Don’t waist your time trying to make an appointment. That won’t matter for them.
I got very upset because it was not just me, but 2 more people that I made them waist their time because of them.
The person on the front said “I’m sorry” “It was not my fault” and that’s it, don’t even try to do something about it, And then just told me to be quite… Really? I wasn’t even screaming, just saying what I felt.
I drove about 45min to get there.
They didn’t even care.

Hice 3 citas con antelación. Y cuando llegué ahí me dijeron que hubo un error y que no habían creado las citas, y no tenían disponibilidad para nosotras. Nada profesionales. Ni siquiera le importó. Si no eres famoso no les importa.
No pierdan su tiempo tratando de hacer una cita. Eso no les va a importar a ellas. Me molesté muchísimo porque no es que fué solo a mi, sino a dos personas más que yo les hice perder el tiempo por culpa de ellas.
La persona al frente dijo “lo siento” “no es mi culpa” y ya, ni siquiera trató de hacer algo al respecto. Y luego diciéndome que no tenía que hablar ahí, para callarme, de verdad? Ni siquiera estaba girando solo expresando lo que sentía.
Manejé casi 45min para llegar ahí.
Ni les importó.

I went there to request a service, the nails technician was sitting on couch watching her cellphone. She said she didn’t have time to do my nails 🙄 super rude

I went to get my acrylics done, no one spoke English which was difficult for me since I only speak English. The lady cut 8/10 fingers, with the filing machine. Never changed the bits. Didn’t push my cuticles back. The nails came out uneven, very thick, and very unnatural looking. It literally looked like I bought a pack of fake nails from the grocery store. My fingers were bloody, didn’t wipe off my blood or put antiseptic. She kept on working on my fingers with blood coming out. I noticed she even got blood on the machine. VERY UNSANITARY. Now I’m worried about HIV, hepatitis. I tagged them in my photo on instagram, they said that I tagged the wrong place then continued to message me in Spanish (had someone translate for me) saying I have the wrong place, I’m confused and what was the name of the nail tech. Once I proved that it WAS that place, they blocked me. Didn’t even respond back. The next morning, my fingers were throbbing from all the cutting. It literally felt like I went through surgery. A WEEK LATER IM STILL DEALING WITH SCABBED FINGERS.
