All very fast, I was doing the passport, and Mrs. Elena who attended me! super friendly! I was grateful and satisfied! 👍

Dropping off package. Counter employee was greeted with a good morning when it was my turn. Did not receive a reply, a look or the slightest acknowledgment. Coincidentally, all the previous customers were greeted, all smiles and an obvious effort towards customer service. Not me though. Did my police uniform have anything to do with this? These are the types of employees that should be fired. Period. No questions. I rather make a 20 minute line for better service some place else than a 2 minute line here.

The waits here are long. Sometimes there’s not a worker at the service desk. Part of the reason for the long wait is that a bunch of people don’t have their forms filled out but the real reason is that the workers take their sweet time. Great if you’re only dropping off, bad if you have to wait in line for service.
