Does not answer the phone or respond to emails. Package is now 6 days late and i cant reach anybody in all of USPS

Good service, quiet, off the beaten path location. Rarely crowded. Lots of easy, accessable parking

Our store has been shipping with USPS for three years now. Although USPS has its flaws (just like it can happen with any shipping service), only 1 out of 300 packages end up having an issue, such as them being misdelivered / lost / missing contents. Phone calls aren’t their strength though, unless you’re trying to order supplies. If there is an issue, it is better to work them out online.
Still, I really appreciate the treatment received by the staff from the back of the facility, specially the night shift. Sometimes we arrive a couple minutes late and they receive our packages nonetheless and help us out. Thanks.

Mix feelings, never had any issues with their service, but customer service could you be a bit more professional

Been coming here for years!! Love this location it isn’t perfect but it’s great! 24/7 self services which MOST USPS offices don’t have and they just got the NEW machine in! Came late because of work and traffic and the super nice lady Fior helped us get our PO Box and all. She was cordial, respectful and professional. Everything worked out fine even though we got there 2 minutes late. Great affordable service and THANK YOU for helping my business succeed USPS ❤️💯
