ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE.

Due to admin mistakes I have been overcharged twice during a 6 month spam. Totaling over $300 on admin errors.

If you call, expect the poorest customer service. Very unprofessional and irresponsible. They put blame on former agents and avoid all responsibility over their mistakes due to incompetency.

Expect a much detailed review soon. Working on examples, dates, and resolution.

After relentlessly calling them and asking for a manager to look at my situation, im pending on business owner “Raisa” to review my case.

If I could, I would advise you chose a different agent. One that will stay on the phone for you.

Pésima la atención por teléfono. Llame hace unos días y la mala actitud de la mujer que me atendió me hizo colgarle. Hija sino te gusta trabajar con atención al público qué haces ahí?

I used this insurance company for more than years.The price is good,the service is good,but it is not professional indeed,I said I don’t want to renew my old policy because I finance the new car,but still the lady who doesn’t speak English well still renew the old policy with my previous lease car course me so much inconvenience.Also because the lady made the mistake of my e-mail address cause me I didn’t get my policy and insurance information.They’re very kind people but the professionalism isn’t good,like pretty bad.I have to complain,otherwise the company will never cares and never will get better customer service.
