An amazing understanding company I have been working here for quite a wile I haven’t had any complain they were very understanding when both my kid were sick and I was almost out a month and when I came back I still had my job this company is very family oriented

On Monday 12th March 2018 between 1600 to 0000 I who at the time being was on training for the supervisor position with C the supervisor on duty. Since it was my first day I was more likely observing and take some note, but on my second day which was yesterday I definitely was everything down, in which I am reporting below. However, on Tuesday 13th 2018 around 1828 the supervisor has asked me to take the main office’s trashes with him, which I declined since I did not apply for the janitor position. Therefore, he was mad and shout at if I think that I am better than him which I told him that I would never think that way that his choice and he does not have to ask me to do this, even if they want to fire me no matter what I would refuse to do it since it is not part of my job.In fact, he had told me he could arrange for that if this is really what I want… Things said things happen which was not a surprise for me especially with the “Primo, prima, tio, tia family things” on 1/4 of South Florida company. With that been said, One the manager which is Mr. A. B has asked me if he were to write it down as part of my duty to take the trash from the main office to go dump it somewhere else will I be willing to do it because by no mean I cannot be both janitor and Security Supervisor, but I had informed him that I am willing to do what part of my supervisor’s job, so I respectfully declined to do it as well. Therefore Mr A.B has asked me to return the badge and the uniform which I did and will return the pant and the shirt tomorrow afternoon (03/15/2018). I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is a true statement.
And I report this matter for any future disclosure.

They do not respect people could you believe that… they do not want to pay the building for trash, so they collect all the main office trash and want the road supervisor to take and dump them somewhere in one of the post…

Great place for guard service. In my opinion the best.

They have no communication between the office and dispatch. They told me they were gonna give me a certain schedule being that I have a 2nd job I should’ve just denied it. To each is own. If you’re desperate for a 1st time job then go at your own risk
