US MED

Terrible! I was sent a text message that it was time to reorder on 5/10/20. I replied yes. Then got another text saying my order was processing. Fast forward to almost a month later, have received nothing. So on 6/9/20, I call them to ask about my order and was told they no longer accept my insurance and that’s why my order wasn’t processed. Really think someone should have contacted me to inform me of that. Now I’m out of Dexcom sensors.

When I first started with them they went the extra mile to get my account set-up. Everyone I have dealt with has been very pleasant and efficient. 5 stars all the way.

Competitive prices, fast, and friendly. I’ll happily recommend US MED to anyone. While they don’t deliver small items like knee wheelers they have more than ample front door parking. There are multiple handicapped parking spaces out front and if you get there before they open in the morning just hop next door and grab a bagel!

I rented a wheelchair here to use for a few weeks. The chair was perfect since crutches were not fun for longer distances. I was able to go back to work and use it daily. The staff was friendly, helpful, and the store was clean and well-stocked. I will recommend to all my contacts.
