Maria Esther was exceptional! Walking in for the first time, the customer service at the counter was lacking, but then came Maria Esther. She was very helpful, has a vision for design and backs up her products. Our newly constructed home is looking amazing! We are so thankful to have walked in to USA Tiles.
The warehouse customer service was all around sensational. They were very helpful and thorough; they asked us to check our tiles to make sure we were satisfied. We will definitely return for future purchases.

There is a God and her name is Maria Esther! A new construction can be a nightmare and she has made this part of the project run as smooth as silk. She has been available from day one to answer any questions and give us guidance and expert advice , I wish I had known her before because my experience at other tile places have not gone as smooth in the past. Although the front desk girls can seem aloof, they are not sales, they handle the paperwork. Perhaps this is something that management should work at since they are the first people you see when you walk in… my sales person Maria Esther more than made up for that however. We had a BIG project and I did not experience any mishaps whatsoever. Every time I called for a pickup it was ready right away and the warehouse personnel went out of their way to accommodate us. They made everything seem easy. A Five Star place all around!!!

I want to recognize Mrs. Maria Garza; she went above and beyond to help me out on buying the floor and shower tiles of my house. Her knowledge and passion for the job it is amazing. She was very patient and answered every question that I asked her. She answered the phone every time and make sure that I was taking care when I went to the Wearhouse. She did nail it with both tiles, every contractor and visitor that come to the house they are amaze with the floor and bathroom tiles. Her support on how to handle the contractors was great. I do not consider Maria a regular sales person, I considered her an honest friend that like to help people. I wish her the best on helping people and guide them right like she did to me. Because of her this will be my store.

First impression: awesome!!! Just about the only store open on a Sunday in the area. Good selection and lots of materials to choose from.
Walked in as one of the associates was saying good bye to a customer. She turned her back and walked towards the center of the store where they have a big counter/office space. We were not greeted at all. We started looking around and found something we liked. Approached the counter and was asked to write my name down. There was one associate at the desk the rest were busy with clients. After almost an hour of waiting we noticed there was two people now sitting at the desk. The second one was an associate and we noticed she was on her cell phone. We went to the side of the counter and waited for approximately 15 more minutes. We were never acknowledged, enough for me to tell my wife to go. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wonder if the owner knows what goes on during the weekend at his/her store.
Did my shopping at Floor & Decor in Kendall Dr. 15 minutes from my house. Greeted right away and helpful staff.

My Sales Person has been Maria Esther Garza; She has given us the best service, for myself and now like General Contractors. We have been purchasing from them since 3 years. Maria Esther is always there to help; always answer my phone calls and texts very quickly. I will highly recommend USA Tiles!
