USPS Contract Unit

The woman who runs the front desk at this store is one of the nastiest, rudest people I have ever dealt with and does not speak a word of English. She is not the LEAST bit helpful, does not explain what you should do for shipments/pick-ups and will waste an hour of your time on something that should have taken minutes. The waiting time is also HORRIBLE. Today was my 5th and last attempt at ever going back. This USPS store is 2 min from where I live which makes it convenient but I will be driving 10 min out of my way to a different post office from now on.

First time leaving a negative review on anything ever. Wish I could give 0 stars. Don’t waste your time.

Sorta slow at these crazy times with the pandemic, as is at every business. Some people just cant be satisfied(Julia). By the way, the last time I checked there is no official language in the United States. So that leaves us to speak the language that the people who live in a particular area speak. Seems you got lost and need to get back to where you feel safe lady.

Horrible service and the person at the front desk only speaks spanish

I went to this location and the worker did not even speak English. Last time I checked I live in the United States, please hire people that speak the language. Also, the worker told me my package would be at another UPS 15 mins away. I drove to the other UPS, just to find out my package was not there. Please, if you need to send a package, go through UPS or FedEx.

They cannot provide any information, they dont seem to know anything and cant even give directions. Useless location
