Amy the nail tech-i asked for a basic coffin full set acrylic at first she was doing well but then when it came to shaping and filing my nails she did not shape them evenly at all and didn’t achieve the best coffin shape.while filing my nails on the side she completely sliced my skin and hours later it still hurts…while doing my thumb she pushed my hand down onto my other fingers ruining the paint job on the pinky and she didn’t remove the polish she simply painted over it and you can still see the mark…i was also bleeding on multiple fingers.also when doing the top coat she left filing residue on the fingers and put the top coat over it…while i got Amy my cousin got Fu and she was amazing she took her time and made sure each nail length and shape was even and the same while Amy left my shapes all different types some rounded some too strait and some are just too angled.The place itself highly recommend and i definitely recommend for appointments to ask for Fu but i do not recommend having Amy be your tech because my nails are different shapes,lengths and she was very rough with my nails as multiple times i jerked my hand away from the pain and discomfort she was giving me…overall good service and very clean place just definitely don’t recommend Amy…i wanted to ask for a discount because my nails did not come out very good and Fu said i should’ve talked to the manager but i felt shy.prices are pretty standard just would’ve never paid 45 for the job Amy did but for my cousins who got their nails done by Fu i would easily pay the price and we gave her a great tip.

The nail salon is very neat, clean with excellent service. At the entrance, Virginia sits at the entrance, really sweet and takes care of all the customer’s wishes. Highly recommend White (a Chinese guy) who did my nails. I was surprised !! I couldn’t believe a man could be gentle and make a nail polish in my legs and hands. Highly recommend !!

This was a horrible experience. I went with my daughter I had asked to sit together and they did for the pedi but for the manicure they didn’t. Why would I go with my daughter if I didn’t want to sit with her. It was more like a factory finish fast in order to get another customer than a relaxing time going to do our nails. On top of that I had to deal with attitude from the person doing my nails. Do not recommend this place at all.

Nice nail place. Clean, lots of different colors to choose from and types of polish. Staff was friendly. Loved the work they did on our nails. It’s been a week and it’s still perfect.

Horrible customer service experience. I came in and asked for chrome nails and they said yes we have chrome. Well…after I saw how they looked I said I’m sorry this is not chrome. It looked like little girl glitter nails. Then they had excuses about how they ran out of the chrome gel….um then why did you say yes? Ok I compromised with my powder glitter looking nails because I didn’t want to give them a hard time. I showed them a picture of how chrome nails are supposed to look….like mirror nails….no where close. They charge me an extra 15 dollars for something I did t even want and I was NEVER TOLD IT WAS 15 EXTRA!!! The little girl in the front desk has no clue what she’s talking about and starts arguing with me. I then corrected her and explained how chrome nails look with a picture and she was like oh well go somewhere else. GLADLY!! HOW RUDE! AND I GET CHARGED FOR IT TOO. WOW….I been doing my nails for a very long time and this is very disrespectful and I’m very dissatisfied with the results,the price, and the customer service. Google CHROME NAILS! SMH Good luck!!
