I placed an order and it was damaged in transit. I’ve been given nothing but a run around from VIP Extensions. They do not have any customer service skills. I was told to file a claim with USPS. The claim was denied because VIP Extensions did not package the order correctly. They still won’t issue a refund. This is so disgusting. Do not shop with this company!

Also the shipping cost was more than the cost of the product.

The ladies working there were very helpful. Coulnt found what i was looking for but they suggested lots of options. Parking is very limited.
