First this people move to Kendall I call to take the appointment and the ask me if I am a new customer, yes and I call like two times more and they never mentioned that theyou have moved, finally when I get there after I mention my insurance company and every thing they said they don’t take my insurance. What a waste of time, but I am glad I saw the reviews .

If you care about someone do not take him/her there, they will do surgery on them not caring if they will have the medication they need knowing their carelessness could harm them for life. Go anywhere else where someone will truly care.

I took my son for a full eye exam. The technicians were very nice and conducted everything in a timely manner. The doctor, didn’t seem to know what he was doing. He had to ask another doctor for his opinion. He almost had me put prescription eye drops in my son’s eye to “prevent” glaucoma until the other doctor said there was no need for that and that my son was fine. Then, I don’t know if it’s to take from my insurance, but since there was nothing else to be done, he wanted me to go back again the following week and run the same tests as well as other tests ” just to make sure everything was fine.” I will never go back there again! Do not go to this place!

Horrible.. I went there to get an eye exam so I could get the prescription to get glasses.. They started doing all these different exams to charge my medicare and at the end I asked how about my regular eye exam and they told me it was to late because they had put some drops in my eyes and it should have done first.. So they wanted me to come back a month later to then get my regular eye exam.. PURE ripoffs.. There fault and they couldnt schedule me in a couple days.. Horrible..

I visited to obtain eyeglasses here(I had a prescription from elsewhere). It was empty, and we had to ask in order to view the eyeglasses, as it was a ghost town. As several employees appeared in the office, they were absolutely silent and made me feel very unwelcome. Once a nurse finally arrived, she gave me attitude and very vague answers to the questions I had. I definitely do not plan on returning.
