Terrible customer service, a cuban lady answer the phone a clearly didn’t put attention on me, just say ” OK let me check” and let me on the phone waiting for more than 15 minutes, I hung up, I called again without results, do you imaging? We are calling for medicine, for a patient who may be on a difficult situation and those employess don’t put effort, bad very band

Wow. What an absolute s*** experience this has been. Where do I start? They didn’t have a common medication in stock. They didn’t help me transfer my medication to another pharmacy. They took 3 days to pick up the phone when I had another pharmacy call them to have my medication transferred. You guys should be embarrassed of yourself.

The worst pharmacy you can go to. I just step in and ask someone to help me send my prescription to a different Walmart pharmacy they said they would not be able to do that. I asked how long it will take them to prepare the prescription they said 1 hour and 30 min. For 2 items????????? Pills????
