Wells Fargo Bank

Please fix your atm. It was turned off or broken at 2 locations, and I used another bank. Apparently for their stuff not working and having 10 people in line with only 1 teller, I can not get a reimbursement for the fees from another atm. I 100% regret getting an account with wells fargo. They don’t really care about their customers. Switching banks

Well trained and friendly staff. They helped me set up my first Bank Account. They explained all the fees that I will be incurring in great detail. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that they lost 2 of my debits cards in the mail. Shocking that WF even gives such sensitive items in the hands of the USPS, in the fraud capital of the country. This is more of a corporate problem though, not specific to this branch. This branch is amazing and it is hardly ever too busy.

Drive thru teller Yamilis Alonso needs to learn how to speak to customers professionally. Never greeted me a hello. First thing out of her mouth was ” have I been to this location before”. She was already bothered because my deposit had lots of coins . She told that she will do my deposits this time because their wasn’t anyone waiting. Her facial expressions was like I’m doing you a favor stank face. Not to go into further details. She needs more customer service training.

Very slow not enough workers took 30 minutes in line just for a deposit. The line wasn’t even long for the time I waited. Never stop here on your lunch break.

Nice and fast place to do all you issues, nice customer service and really quick.
